Core Function

Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) – build/optimize campaigns, harvest search-term data, manage negative keywords, analyze TACoS/ROAS, and report weekly performance.
25%
Paid Social – plan, launch, and iterate Meta, Instagram Reels, and TikTok Spark Ads; test creative hooks and CTAs; manage budgets.
15%
Organic Social & Community – schedule content calendars, respond to comments/DMs, coordinate UGC/influencers.
10%
Analytics & CRO – pull KPIs from Amazon Seller Central, GA4, and social dashboards; turn insights into A/B tests for ad copy and landing pages.
5%
Cross-functional – collaborate with creative, customer service, and product teams on launches and promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years managing Amazon Sponsored Products; Paid Social budgets ≥ $10K/mo
Proven TACoS below 15 % on at least one consumer product line
Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Pacvue, or similar ad-tech
Working knowledge of Canva/Adobe or short-form video editors (CapCut, Reels)
Data-driven mindset; comfortable in Excel/Sheets pivot tables
Excellent written English; able to write concise, brand-consistent copy
Automotive or DIY category experience
Graphic design or motion-graphics skills
Basic HTML or Shopify/Liquid familiarity
Google Ads certification or Meta Blueprint credential
Salary Range (Houston market): $55K – $76K DOE
