Hiring bilingual litigation paralegal with no less than 3+ years litigation experience. Must be able to read, write & speak Spanish at a professional level.
This job is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm full-time job, no exceptions.
Duties will incude, but not limited to:
- Organize attorneys calendar via outlook
- Must be able to speak on a daily basis with clients
- Familiar with drafting petitions, motions, subpoenas, etc.
- Records retrieval from medical providers
- Draft discovery
- Filings with Court
- Set up depositions
- Scheduling
