1) Attorney
Qualification / Responsibilities
Experience with Filevine is a PLUS
Candidate must possess strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
Preferred 2 + years experience in civil litigation
Eagar to learn with 50+ years experienced senior attorney
Opportunities to handle hearing, take deposition, some negotiation and trial
Prepare pleading, discovery, case before trial
Draft demands, send out demands to insurance companies
Prefer bilingual in Spanish and English
Opening
2) Paralegal
Qualification / Responsibilities
Experience with Filevine is a PLUS
Assist the litigating attorney with discovery requests
Scheduling depositions and mediations, communicating with clients and opposing counsels
Filing documents with the courts using E-file Texas.
Must be organized, able to multitask, able to effectively communicate, and able to meet deadlines.
Must be familiar with computer programs, particularly Microsoft Word and Google Calendar.
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
Prefer bilingual in Spanish and English
Hourly rate will be discussed upon interview
