Qualifications

Proficient in working in dusty environments and navigating uneven surfaces.

Comfortable operating in confined spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding and in crawlspaces.

Willingness to follow instructions and perform necessary tasks.

Must have essential carpentry tools: tool belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Foundational knowledge of construction practices and job site organization.

Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for colleagues.

Basic familiarity with safety and health protocols, with continuous safety training provided.

Optional: Reliable transportation.

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Ensure the job site remains clean, load and unload materials weighing more than 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation activities, such as digging trenches.

Maintain an organized work approach and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Clearly communicate ideas and information; show curiosity and resourcefulness.

Prioritize safety for yourself and team members.

Help secure the job site, protecting personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle based on site needs, contingent on a clean motor vehicle report.

Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Benefits

Starting wage of $22.00 per hour.

$1,500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
