CONSTRUCTION GROUNDS KEEPER
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Perform general lawn care duties
Pressure washing
General Maintenance
Grounds Clean-Up
Pre-Construction Clean-Up
Assist yard/shop supervisors as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
A valid driver's license is a plus
Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment
Ability to operate electrically powered and gasoline-powered groundskeeping equipment and machines
Ability to make minor repairs (within demonstrated capability) as directed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive movement for the duration of shift
