Urgent opening for a construction worker in our construction company. We're looking to fill 15 positions for this job.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the on-site assembly of manufactured housing under the guidance of a Construction Crew Lead.
Carry out manual labor tasks within specified areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the site.
Utilize tape measures and interpret blueprints and orders accurately to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain effective communication with coworkers to facilitate smooth workflow and task completion.
Utilize various hand, air, and electrical tools proficiently to accomplish assigned duties efficiently.
Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided to all employees.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as required for construction activities.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members to ensure job success.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards work are essential attributes.
Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills is critical for accurate task execution.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve project objectives.
