- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of Enterprise Data Governance or equivalent functional Data Management experience
- Knowledge of business Data Governance & Stewardship experience required.
- The Data Governance & Stewardship Analyst will assist in the design, creation and adoption of Data Governance & Stewardship capabilities aligned to business and data strategies.
- Responsibilities include supporting the Data Governance Manager in the following activities.
- Stakeholder engagement to define Data Governance & Stewardship processes, standards, and drive their adoption.
- Establish the Data Governance & Stewardship framework, practice, processes, and standards.
- Establish Data Governance & Stewardship councils and working groups.
- Define and implement the Data Governance capabilities, including a Business Glossary.
- Collaborate with the Data Quality Team on Data Stewardship; oversee the development of the Data Steward Operating Model and Execution Playbook.
- Define and deliver Data Governance business value KPIs and communicate to stakeholders.
- Unify and deploy Data & Insights-driven cultural change messages, content & learning
