Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Houston, Texas. The chosen candidate will primarily be responsible for maintaining and organizing files, performing data entry tasks, and providing excellent customer service. This role is particularly suited for individuals who possess exceptional 10 key skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to perform calculations accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities: Accurately input data into company databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible Organize and maintain files for efficient retrieval and use, adhering to company's filing system Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing prompt and courteous service Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to generate reports and documents as required Perform calculations as needed to support various company processes Ensure the accuracy of all data entry tasks by regularly reviewing and updating data Scan documents as needed and ensure they are properly filed and accessible Utilize typing skills to create and update documents as required Assist in other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
