We deliver these products and services to Cat machine, oil & gas, power generation, transportation, and industrial customers. Additionally, our Remanufacturing Division is another key component to the E&T portfolio, which provides great economical and sustainability benefits to customers.This individual contributor role will positively impact the SPM Oil & Gas division. In this role, you will also be responsible for general ledger accounting for US, Canada, and Latin America legal entities. The primary tasks include preparing/posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and financial reporting.What You Will Do:
Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP
Prepare/post journal entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting systems
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and establish the course of action for aged items
Variance analysis and legal entity reporting
Create purchase requisitions and confirm purchase order status
Tax support including audits and special projects
Special projects and ad hoc reporting as requested
What You Have:
Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business-related degree
