Maintain a professional relationship with all supervisors, coworkers, vendors, guest contractors and representatives
Maturity of judgment and behavior, maintains positive attitude
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull and frequently lift up to 35 to 40 pounds
Clean and sanitize buffet tables according to supervisor's instructions and replace table cloths and runners
Loading/unloading and washing/sanitizing dishes, pots, pans and equipment. Wash all kitchen dishes and equipment with commercial dishwasher or by hand, if needed. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Remove trash and rubbish.
Significant walking or other means of mobility, ability to work in a standing position of long periods of time-up to 7 hours.
Shifts; mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends and some holidays, as needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule helpful, if needed
Food Handlers Certification is Required
