HOTEL DISHWASHER
Presents to work well-groomed representing self and hotel
This is a part-time to full-time job, as needed
Maintain a professional relationship with all supervisors, coworkers, vendors, guest contractors and representatives
Maturity of judgment and behavior, maintains positive attitude
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull and frequently lift up to 35 to 40 pounds
Break down buffet table at end of meal times and assure all items are taken to kitchen area
Clean and sanitize buffet tables according to supervisor's instructions and replace table cloths and runners
As a dishwasher, clean tables, chairs and dining area, followed by loading/unloading and washing/sanitizing dishes, pots, pans and equipment. Wash all kitchen dishes and equipment with commercial dishwasher or by hand, if needed. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Remove trash and rubbish.
Significant walking or other means of mobility, ability to work in a standing position of long periods of time-up to 7 hours.
Shifts; mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends and some holidays, as needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule helpful, if needed
This is a full service restaurant-come prepared to work
Food Handlers Certification is Required
