HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR
Night Auditor works the Front Desk at Wyndham Hotel during the night shift. Night Auditor ensures that the integrity, comfort, trust and quality are maintained above and beyond the hotel's brand standards at all times.

Arrives before scheduled shift
Ability to use a computer
Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
Excel and Opera preferred, if experienced. Willing to train quick, dedicated learner.
Verify guest payment cards and identification cards at all times
Process payments for guest and present receipts to them for services rendered
Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the accounts from day shift staff
Night Auditor is responsible for preparing deposits after day shift accounts are balanced
Night Auditor is responsible for having deposits completed by end of shift
Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
Respond to guest issues and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
Maintain a professional relationship with all supervisors, coworkers, vendors, guests contractors and representatives
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull and lift up to 30 pounds
Maintain highest standards for work areas and appearance
Ability to work a flexible schedule helpful, if needed
Food Handlers Certification Card is Required
In-training starting salary $11.00 per hour
Experienced starting salary $12.00 per hour
