This position supports and manages electronic resources the library purchases or subscribes to. The position will perform ordering, activation, invoicing, renewal, holdings maintenance, and problem resolution. This position falls within the acquisitions department and reports to the Electronic Resources and Serials Manager.Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a library setting; or any comparable combination of education and practical experience may be considered.Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and/or academic library work experience preferred.

Experience working in library’s acquisition department and proficiency in handing orders, invoices, and renewals.

Experience working with electronic resources and troubleshooting access issues.

ALMA experience (Library Management System), preferred
