Description This role is centered around IT and customer support, requiring the ability to troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, as well as manage user account information. The position is onsite and calls for an individual with an understanding of procedures, practices, and security within the IT field.Responsibilities: Accurately maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware Effectively manage user account information, including rights, security, and system groups Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as necessary Provide onsite deskside support for hardware and software systems Use independent judgment to resolve customer inquiries and issues Ensure the security of computer systems and user accounts Supervise and manage system upgrades and peripheral equipment Deliver high-quality customer support and service Understand and apply commonly-used concepts and practices within the IT field Perform photocopying/scanning of documents as required.Requirements Proficiency in established procedures and practices for IT support. Experience in supervising and coordinating with team members. Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software system issues effectively. Familiarity with deskside support, including both remote and onsite services. Experience in performing system upgrades and regular maintenance tasks. Strong customer support skills, with a focus on quality and satisfaction. Proficiency in using and maintaining various computer systems. Ability to work onsite, managing hardware and software system issues. Knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral equipment. Familiarity with various software systems and their operation. Experience in managing user accounts, including setup, access control, and troubleshooting. Ability to exercise independent judgment in problem-solving and decision-making. Skills in photocopying and scanning documents, with an attention to detail.
