Established and reputable traffic control company in Buda/Niederwald, Texas seeking qualified person for Traffic Control Operations Manager.
In this management position, you will have responsibilities of daily supervision and interaction with 10-20 TurnKey Operations traffic control drivers and helpers.
Areas of responsibility and general duties include:
Assign projects to traffic workers for the day/week
Some office work including crew scheduling and daily tickets
Manage loading/unloading to prepare for projects
Track and report vehicle maintenance needs
Field work and supervision as needed
Manage inspection of equipment and repair as needed
Safety and liability awareness at all times
Maintain yard functionality and cleanliness
Ensure good overall quality control
Good rapport with the traffic control team and other personnel
Show leadership, get-it-done attitude
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the traffic control and/or construction industry required.
Valid driver’s license required.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM are “regular hours”. Project schedules can alter those. Weekend work is common. Poor weather sometimes cancels work days for drivers and helpers
