Account Manager (Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) - Austin, TX); Multiple positions available. Educate clients on a broad set of investment strategies. Position client solutions, products, and additional services. Collaborate across departments, including with Product Strategists and Portfolio Managers. Provide information about performance attribution, market performance, and macroeconomic conditions. Outline the firm’s current outlook and strategy. Foster, grow, and strengthen existing insurance relationships within the Financial Institutions Group. Provide client service to broad range of personnel across insurance organizations. Key segment is sub-advisory platforms but may also cover other segments of the broader insurance platform, including pension assets. Ensure mandates follow regulatory requirements set out by Investment Company Act of 1940.
Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Education, experience, or training must include each of the following: Customer Mapping; Product life-cycle management; Economic Analysis; Cross-functional team management; Client Sales; Presenting sales analysis; and Writing sales reports. Experience may be gained concurrently.
