City Wide Facility Solutions is on the hunt for energetic Night Managers to help us shine after sunset! If you’re experienced in building maintenance, janitorial, or similar industries and thrive on leading teams, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch service, this role is for you!
What You'll Be Doing
Be the night hero: Oversee the work of Independent Contractors (ICs) across multiple buildings and ensure they’re rocking our standards.
Build relationships: Act as the go-to connection between our contractors and clients. Communicate priorities, solve issues, and make sure everyone is happy.
Quality control: Perform nightly inspections, address concerns, and make sure each client location is spotless and stress-free.
Stay in touch: Provide daily updates and keep the communication flowing with your team and the Facility Services Manager.
Own the process: From complaint handling to new client starts, you’ll be on the frontline of operations.
