Check in non-profit volunteers, vendors, temp workers, and visitors
Coordinate with partners to ensure accurate staffing needs
Plan and execute from start to finish the check-in process for employees
Perform administrative duties to ensure organization on event day check-in
Act as liaison and partner with our clients
Ensure the highest possible quality of guest service
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience as a training administrator or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
No high school diploma or GED required
