job detailsWe are looking for a detail oriented Construction Billing Coordinator to join our team in Arlington. In this role, you will work alongside various departments, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure all commercial billings are processed in a timely manner. Prior experience in the construction industry is required. Previous software knowledge of Sage or Textura is highly preferred. This opportunity offers great benefits and a warm work culture. Process regular billings for commercial projects
Process AIA billings for specific contractors
Assist with monthly draw
Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors accordingly
Provide inside on budget/ any budget modification needed
