Reporting to Global Director Contract Service Delivery, Sr. Manager of Reliability has overall responsibility of all MRP, RSP and CBM contracts based in APAC / MEA regions  including safety, quality, profitability, engineering activity, continuous process improvement.  Responsible for leading and managing a team of reliability managers and engineers.Direct and Manage reliability activities through MRP or RSP contracts to ensure customer contractual commitments  are fulfilledPerform personnel functions, such as selection, training, evaluation, coaching, and counselingHarmonize and develop program structures across the region in line with market expectationsActively participate in the development and implementation of John Crane strategic initiatives and objectives.Drive Internal & External Contract performance improvement through the use of appropriate KPI’sActively promote Environmental, Health & Safety throughout the team , ensuring EHS is a goal for all employees and ensure all EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with defined responsibilitiesPromote Consultative sales approach in onsite teams and identify growth opportunities in contract sitesWork closely with sales and Business development teams to develop and win new products or service line growth opportunitiesSupport the field organization in the development of training materials, technical papers and other technical product supportWork with cross-functional teams including customers to resolve program related issues and improvement opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement to ensure the maximum efficiency and productivity in contract service deliveryCollaborate with Service solutions and Service Delivery teams to ensure that new contracts are established properlyCollaborate with Service Delivery team in establishing best practices in contract deliveryForecast headcount with sales leaders for upcoming agreements to build pipeline of talent to fulfil our contractual and commercial commitmentsReview financial statements, activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement and identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement
