The Organizational Change Manager - Consulting Services is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of organizational change management strategies across an organization. The OCM Lead/Change Manager will be a part of the Consulting Services team. This role involves leading and coordinating the change management team, guiding senior leadership, and ensuring that large-scale changes are effectively implemented with minimal disruption.
