Description Position SummaryOnsite Technology Support provides in-person assistance to employee end users including:Maintaining and troubleshooting a range of user problems including Printers/PC hardware/software/LAN and voice networkDiagnosing problem source through discussions with users and coordinating with internal organization support and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolve problemsAcquiring installing and upgrading PC components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problemsTraining users on use of new technology and softwareRequirements ResponsibilitiesWorks on problems of limited scope and contributes on projects or processes while receiving detailed instructions from higher level professionalsContributes to the planning design development testing and completion of projectsOther duties as assignedTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
