Support the implementation of change initiatives across multiple enterprise initiatives

Track progress, report, and manage issues/risks of change management initiatives, adapting as needed

Partner with stakeholders across the business to support the roll out of change methodologies, tools, and templates at an enterprise-level

Coordinate and facilitate a network of change agents and sponsors across the company

Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, technology or other related field, or equivalent work experience

Exposure to change management methodologies (ex - Prosci, ADKAR, others), tools, and approaches

Change management certifications a plus

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases

Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Proficient business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Excellent ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Ability to use relationship-building and communication skills to influence others

Strong stakeholder management skills
