Load raw material into press in a prescribed manner weight and distribution of material for an even spread throughout the mold.
Supervise press operation to make certain lubrication, temperature, tonnage and cycle times meet operating specifications for each product.
Report deficiencies to set-up.
Maintain a clean organized work area disposing of waste and trash to assigned areas.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area paying attention to oil, cured scrap, water and other foreign matter that could contaminate product before or after curing.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Observe all safety standards, environmental procedures and QSR’s.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Computer Skills- Intermediate preferred
6 month to 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Work Environment:

False eyelashes, press-on fingernails, and Jewelry is not allowed on the production floor including dermals. Any associate wearing dermals will be required to cover them while working on the production floor.
Shoes are required to be Steel Toe and non-slip for all associates while on the production floor for safety purposes.
