Become a maker of possible with us.As a Rubber Molding Press Operator, load, operate, and unload press to produce rubber products consistent with product specifications, while maintaining production and quality standards and controlling waste.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Load raw material into press in a prescribed manner paying attention to weight and distribution of material for an even spread throughout the mold.
Supervise press operation to make certain lubrication, temperature,tonnageand cycle times meet operating specifications for each product. Report deficiencies to set-up.
Maintain a clean organized work area disposing of waste and trash to assigned areas.
Maintaincleanlinessof equipment and work area paying attention to oil, cured scrap, water and other foreign matter that could contaminate product before or aftercuring.
Maintainaccurateproduction and quality records.
Remove trim from pads.7Inspect stoppers and work out defects.
Process Pads through cooling unit.
Place pads of stoppers on pallet or other assigned area.
Observe all safety standards, environmental procedures and QSR’s.
Work Schedule: 3-2-2-3, Shift 8p-8aMinimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED desired
1 year experience in a manufacturing environment and/or 2-3 Years of Machine Operating experience preferred

False eyelashes, press-on fingernails, and Jewelry is not allowed on the production floor including dermals. Any associate wearing dermals will be required to cover them while working on the production floor.
Shoes are required to be Steel Toe and non-slip for all associates while on the production floor for safety purposes.
