Northampton Wine + Dine is hiring passionate and enthusiastic Servers in a Fine Dining environment. Servers will enjoy an environment focusing on high quality ingredients, upscale classics, wine pairings, and customers who are “regulars.” While simultaneously engaging with retail customers.
This is a Full Time Position 40+ hours weekly.

Payment for Employment is monthly, the first business day of each month.
All employees will be cross trained and will work in the retail store while simultaneously serving restaurant customers.
In general work hours are 2:00 pm until close Monday-Friday, and 10:00 am until, on Saturdays for restaurant shifts. And 10:00 am to 2:30/3:30 pm for retail shifts Monday-Friday. And 10:00 am until closing on Saturdays, with a one-hour break before dinner. Pay: 1st month training is $20.00 hour. After the training and probationary period, team members will move into the tip pool and receive base pay of $8.00 an hour plus tips. Tips are averaging $12.00 – $18.00 per hour, however this can be more depending upon our level of business for the month. This is a total of $20.00 - $26.00 per hour and will fluctuate due to business. This amount is prior to taxes, insurance, and 401k/simple IRA.
