Coordinate and run construction projects efficiently and by providing exceptional service to a variety of our outstanding commercial client’s properties. Learn the Landscape America way and educate crew members about the trade, tools, equipment, and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and run an install/enhancement crew efficiently and safely. Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to teach crew members skills in the field and in leadership scenarios. Must possess leadership skills to manage a crew from 2-5 employees.
Performance & Quality:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members
Maintaining a schedule, and ensuring service expectations are met
Identifying more efficient ways to perform work
Client Satisfaction:
Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution
Crew Management:
Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew members
Assisting the Production Manager in the development and training of crew members
Responsible for any vehicles, tools, and equipment designated to your team
Utilize ASPIRE Crew Mobile App for job and employee time tracking
Safety:
Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies
Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
Ideal Candidate
Reliable and a good attitude
2+ Year Experience as an Install/Enhancement Foreman
Ability to lead a crew of 2-5 crew members
Knowledge in paver installation, natural stone/block wall, plants, irrigation, grading and lawn installation. Zip Level experience
Team player with high attention to detail and willingness to learn
Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
Requirements
Valid Driver’s license and ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Card, MA Hoisting License (or ability to obtain one within 90 days)
Reliable transportation, travel may be necessary
Ability to operate commercial grade equipment. (I.E mini-excavators, skid steers, dingo, etc)
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Available to work snow (90% of events)
Functioning phone capable of utilizing ASPIRE Crew Mobile app
Salary & Benefits:
Wage is based on experience: Starting at $30 per hour
