Job Function
Develop and construct outdoor spaces by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of our outstanding commercial client’s properties. Learn the trade, tools, equipment, safety guidelines, and the Landscape America way.
Responsibilities
Prepare given tasks by the foreman on client’s properties diligently, efficiently, and to Landscape America’s quality standard.
Hauling material, mulching, digging, planting.
Installing landscape lighting.
Installing, repairing irrigation systems
Installing hardscapes such as walls and patios
Utilize ASPIRE Crew Mobile App for time tracking.
Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with employees and customers.
Ideal Candidate
Experience is preferred but not necessary.
Learn and follow foreman, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
Work well with multiple crews daily.
Reliable and have a positive attitude.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s license and ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Card
E-Verify
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation, travel may be required
Ability to perform physical tasks for up to 10 hours a day
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Available to work snow (90% of snow events)

Salary & Benefits:
Wage is based on experience: Starting at $25 per hour
