An established IT firm is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide both onsite and remote support to our clients. This would be a great opportunity for a freelance IT person looking to pick up extra work.
The right candidate will have experience with:
Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
Active Directory
MS Windows 10 & 11 & Mac
Office 365 & MS Exchange
SQL
Managed Services via ConnectWise, Continuum, Kaseya/Datto & Autotask
Onsite and Offsite Backup Systems
Networking
SonicWALL Firewalls
VPNs
This role includes:
Providing desktop support remotely
Install and upgrade workstations and servers.
Troubleshoot user issues and problems.
Setup network printing and scanning
Handle security and virus issues
Oversee Patch Management via Managed Services
This is a work from home position that will require some onsite visits to our clients’ offices.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in IT Support
Strong Troubleshooting Skills
Experience installing and upgrading servers and workstations.
Client facing experience.
A+ and MCSE Certifications a plus
Must have own transportation.
Pay commensurate with experience.
