$5,000/month - $7,000/month, depending on level

Level-1 Tech Manager (requires basic IT capabilities can be trained)
Level-2 Tech Manager (requires intermediate IT skills and experience)
Level-3 Tech Manager (requires advanced IT and business networking skills)
