Description:Job Description:

Open need to support a technology client to establish a comprehensive Third-Party Management (TPM) solution. This solution will: (i) streamline the risk assessment process (ii) enhance the ability for leadership to make informed decisions (iii) strengthen vendor and partner relationships and (iv) fortify the overall risk posture in a simple and compliant manner.

The resource will support execution of the below activities and be responsible for drafting initial deliverables and incorporating feedback from engagement leadership

The resource will conduct general engagement functions: project management, documenting meeting minutes, updating status reports

Core Engagement Activities:

Future State Process:

o Process Gap Assessment Review existing program materials, outstanding issues, pain points Prepare materials for workshops / host stakeholder interviews and complete gap assessment Document current process gaps and recommendationso Future State Target Operating Model (TOM) Based on documented current state process gaps and recommendations, document an initial high-level future state target operating model (TOM) for a streamlined program including baseline cycle times and stretch goals, recommended target SLAs by function Facilitate working sessions to socialize TOMo Change Management Plan After the Future State TOM is Circulated, document a high-level change management plan for TOM inclusive to programmatic change, high-level stakeholder groups, training schedule and program roll-out plano Initial TOM training Document initial TOM training- based on the results of the gap assessment, Future TOM, and change management plan

Technology Feasibility:

o TPM Functional Requirements – User Stories:  Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and build TPM user stories and functional requirements Facilitate workshopso Technology Gap Assessment Facilitate current and future state feasibility assessment Review including technologies: Aravo, iCertis, SpendSmart/Salesforce,, ServiceNow, Third-Party Trust, OneTrust, Ariba

Critical Program Enablers

o Update Draft TPM Policy Update TPM Policy to incorporate gaps identified in process gap assessmento Update RACIo Risk Segmentation and Scoring Calculator Review current risk segmentation scoring methodology and calculation Draft pilot IRQ calculator to incorporate approachAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

Understanding of Third Party Risk Mgmt. (TPRM) / Vendor Risk Mgmt. (VRM) / Supplier Risk Mgmt. (SRM) program requirements and execution

Understanding of the TPRM lifecycle (identification, due diligence, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring, termination)

Strong understanding of Inherent Risk, Control Effectiveness, and Residual Risk concepts high level calculations

Understanding of third party due diligence questionnaires

Understanding of third party risk industry best practices and regulatory expectations
