Client Service: Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, build lasting relationships, and manage the day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
Delivery: As part of an engagement team manage and deliver SAP implementation projects - use your deep expertise to identify the organization's needs, define the business or technology architecture, oversee the solution design and implementation, and manage team activities and progress.
Eminence: Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff.
People Development: Perform the role of mentor and coach to help junior staff achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in onboarding activities. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices.
Business Development: Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor. Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to establish and maintain our status as a trusted advisor.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
8+ years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Project Systems module
Strong understanding and experience integrating SAP PS other SAP modules for customer projects
Month-end and period-end process solution experience
SAP Finance/FICO experience
S/4 HANA implementation experience
Participation in at least 4 end-to-end SAP Finance/Project Systems implementations, and in a workstream sub-lead or lead role on at least 2 implementations
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
Experience managing senior-level client relationships
Greenfield implementation experience
Experience delivering projects using SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
Signavio experience

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
