STV is seeking a career mindedTransit Maintenance Facility Project Manager and Senior Engineerto join our growingTransportation Maintenance Facilities Center of Excellence team. This position can be based in any of our STV offices across the country, including New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Seattle.Qualified candidates will have a broad range of engineering and construction expertise in industrial buildings, rail and bus transit and other transportation projects. Knowledge of transit operations, industrial engineering principles and vehicle maintenance practices is a plus. Mustbe hands-on and able to develop program requirements and design basic facility layouts. Must understand the inter-relationships between the design disciplines, and the ability to review and coordinate the discipline designs to ensure that program requirements are satisfied, and appropriate space, utilities, foundations, and safety features are provided.This role will have leadership responsibilities along with profit and loss accountability. The candidate should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to lead with strong team building and staff development skills. This individual will work with local office resources and have frequent interface with peer professionals in other offices. Responsible to ensure a seamless delivery of services to our clients. Eventually, some travel and short-term assignments away from home base will be required. Additional responsibilities will include:Project / Program ManagementIndustrial/Equipment Engineering DesignMaintaining project financial and schedule performanceSupervising and directing all aspects of the project delivery processesSupervising, directing, and mentoring mid-level and junior level Industrial/Equipment Engineering staff and leading all aspects of the design development and assistant project managers in project delivery processes.Coordinating with all design disciplinesParticipating in development of technical and cost proposals, oral presentations, contributing to business development and marketing activities and providing assistance in establishing long-range business and client relationship development plans to fulfill our objectives.Building and maintaining client relationshipsRequired SkillsBachelor's Degree in engineering or architecture (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)10 or more years of related experienceRegistration as PE, RA, or PMP preferred.Possession of strong client relationships for large transit projectsHave worked on issues that impact design/selling success.Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work on a team and communicate with clients.Familiarity with various delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMAR, P3)Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and familiarity with Autodesk Revit basics is a plus Compensation Range:$124,644.00 - $166,191.00Don't meet every single requirement?
