We are looking for a motivated Marketing/Pursuit Coordinator to join us as we grow our Federal practice. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to be part of our growing team, this is the exciting opportunity for you. U.S. Residency Required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Collaborating with technical staff in the development of proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages

Writing and editing technical content including resumes and project briefs

Maintaining information for use in proposals

Tracking leads, opportunities, and wins/losses

Conducting market research on client programs and opportunities

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

Perform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills

Be able to multi-task and work within deadlines

Be self-motivated

Be able to communicate effectively

Be a team player contributing ideas and solving problemsRequired Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or other applicable discipline

Minimum of 3 years of A/E/C industry experience

Working knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with federal sites including SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, USASpending, etc. preferred

Working Conditions

Work is performed on a hybrid schedule - a combination of office and remote work. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
