OLLI offers over 65 liberal art courses in the fall and spring semesters and over 35 courses in the summer to 850 students each year.The position will be responsible for: 1) ensuring the overall customer service of this lifelong learning program, through recruiting, training, supervising student workers and volunteers to assist with phones, email, online and hybrid classes; 2) managing the OLLI enrollment/registration process from beginning to end, including creating courses in DestinyOne (our online registration system), scheduling workshops for members on how to enroll/register in DestinyOne, and providing support to members who cannot enroll/register themselves; 3) working with building staff to reserve rooms for classes and ensuring proper classroom set-up for each course; 4) provide administrative support for OLLI's fundraising efforts; 5) organizing and planning special events; 6) serve on OLLI volunteer committees to help them plan and implement their work, and to keep them in compliance with Temple policies; 7) participate in staff and department-wide meetings.Performs other duties as assigned.When you come to Temple, you don't only come to an impressive campus with an abundance of resources and amenities. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Required Skills & Abilities:Strong capability working in MS Word/Excel, and InDesign.
