Responsibilities

Assist the Office Manager in coordinating daily office activities and operations

Assist with the preparation of project documentation

Maintain and update office records, files, and databases for accuracy and accessibility

Be able to handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in the construction industry

Proven experience with A/R, A/P, HR and payroll

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office software, QuickBooks Desktop and 10 key by touch.

Familiarity with construction terminology and project management software is a plus

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
