MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN POSITION for Offices & Light Commercial, Single Family Rental Homes. All (most) phases of repairs, service, remodels, maintenance work and "turnovers" for well established small family company since 1959.
Experience required in plumbing, electrical, painting, finish carpentry, janitorial, service, shampooing, pressure washing, appliance installation & miscl. repairs, a good fix-it man. We will train some.
Must be willing and able to do "Turnovers" when tenant moves out and put back to like new condition.
Good drivers license and clean criminal background required.
Need to have all own tools & Vehicle.
