Local property management company is looking to hire for a light maintenance
position. We are looking for a dependable and outgoing team player.
We manage multiple complexes in South Salem and surrounding areas and are looking for a maintenance person, with basic maintenance, cleaning and organizing skills.
Job duties will include, but not limited to:
-light painting
-cleaning - clean laundry rooms at different properties weekly, clean up around garbage areas
-organizing
-checking in supplies and putting them away
-errands for supplies
This is a full time position, work shift Monday-Friday 8:00 am To 4:30 pm hourly wage starting at $18/hr
