Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a positive, helpful attitude and provide excellent customer service
Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly
Perform basic cleaning and lobby upkeep during shift
Follow Motel 6 policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
