Key Responsibilities
Complete new employee set-up
Terminate employee access
Perform hardware/ software troubleshooting and problem resolution
Perform desktop IT including software updates
Oversee network cabling
QuickBooks file maintenance
CRM maintenance
Backup management
Security patching
Provide software support
Equipment purchasing
Manage company phone system
Other IT needs as necessary
Skills
Good written and verbal communication
Excellent Customer Service skills
Troubleshooting, problem solving
Ability to remain confidential
Quality Focus & Follow Through
This is a part-time position, working 25 hrs/week at $15/hr. This position is not eligible for benefits.
