Position: Technical support/ CSR
Location: Cornelius, OR
Pay: $20-$25 DOE
Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM

Our client is a local family-owned manufacturer that has been in business for over 50 years. They main product that they produce is lab equipment and other supporting tools for laboratories to a global marketplace.
What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Support/CSR, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include resolving technical problems, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

What You Need to Have:
2 years customer service
Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and technical issues with patience and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Technical certifications or relevant training.
Previous experience in a technical customer service role.
