Are you interested in personal growth and community building?

Do you want the work you do to feel meaningful and purposeful?

Can you imagine working with an organization that gives to you as much as you give to it?

We’ve Network was founded and built by neurodivergent people, for the benefit of neurodivergent people.

We’ve Network is building a Peer Mentor Network, for the Neurodivergent, who have unique interests, skills, talents and enjoy sharing those things with others.

Our unique perspective on potential allows us to see opportunities where others only see obstacles. There is a wide range of impact for those of us that experience neurological differences. From individuals who rely on support with every part of their daily life tasks to those who have learned to leverage their neurodivergence as an asset.

You will help ensure our Members receive the support they need by coordinating with neurodivergent individuals, allies, family members and Peer Mentors. This position oversees the central nexus of administrative support of our dynamic and growing organization, working hand in hand with our Founder, and Director of Operations to support our team of Peer Mentors.

We serve those who need support with learning new skills, achieving their goals, and finding their place in our community. We provide 1:1 Home & Community Companion Care, Supported Group Activities, Supported Employment Job Coaching, Life Coaching, & Behavior Counseling. Personal development can be challenging. But you know how rewarding it can be. We are building a team of people who are inspired by the challenge of supporting this kind of positive social change.

Mentors and Members are provided with access to innovative biofeedback devices and assistive technology. You will be trained in the We’ve Network approach to personal development which includes tools and techniques that support development of executive function skills, emotional regulation, and personal identity.

We want to pay you to work on your personal development, while mentoring your peers to do the same.

We offer:
