Business Development Assistant (Remote in Oregon)

Care NW Staffing is seeking a dedicated, part-time Business Development Assistant for our team.

(We don’t require you to have previous healthcare experience.)

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY - Please see below for guaranteed hours, as well as availability for additional hours.

Thursday and Friday: 8 am - 4 pm.

Currently only 16 hours/week are guaranteed, but as the company grows, that can change.

Additionally, we do ask that you have Regular/Frequent Availability to fill-in for staffing shifts for Care NW Staffing and our sister company, Advantage Nurse Staffing. (Monday through Friday, Daytime hours.) Though you’ll be contacted to see if you’re available for these shifts, we’d like to have someone who has Regular/Frequent Availability

Primary responsibilities:

Maintain and further develop staff relations.

Maintain and further develop facility relations.

Booking shifts and aid in expanding staff bookings, fill rates, and retention.

Update Staffing Plans & Availability.

Help maintain, enhance, and develop social media sites and campaigns.

Run internal reports to analyze staff fill rate/performance.

Other administrative/clerical duties, as assigned.

Availability to act as fill-in staffer for Care NW Staffing, and our sister company, Advantage Nurse Staffing.

Fantastic and professional communicator by phone, email, text, and other messaging systems.

Energetic and upbeat with an ability to put people at ease. Confident in creating partnerships with various clients, including healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, and fellow employees, and able to listen to others effectively.

Top-notch ability to stay organized and follow processes. An understanding of which tools and habits are needed to maintain organization. Extremely detail oriented.

Quickly learns how to navigate and use various website databases. An understanding of what’s made them successful in their learning journeys.

Strong ability to rapidly re-prioritize with ease as new information/updates arise.

Handles confidential information appropriately, with the highest degree of professionalism.

Can-do problem-solving attitude with excellent follow through. Demonstrated work ethic.

Ability to work well within current protocol and learn evolving processes.

Able to work well independently, as well as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft office.
