Responsibilities:
Managing the front desk and greeting visitors
Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants
Train and utilize AppFolio to handle input of invoices and rent payments
Managing office supplies and inventory
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks
Modifying documents, as requested
Office filing
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office setting is required.
Basic accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Prep/close the office daily.
Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 - 25 afternoon hours. (1 pm-5 pm, Monday-Friday)
