Established 36 year old landscaping design/build firm seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant/Office Administrator for long term position.
This person will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, as well as providing support to the owner/president, VP and office staff of the company.
Tasks will include:
filing, sorting mail, reception, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, preparing invoices, proposals, contracts, email, letters and memos, record keeping, customer contacts, etc.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum High School Diploma
Prefer an Associated degree in Accounting, or Business Administration with accounting
emphasis, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational and mathematical skills
Ability to compose letters and memos as directed.
Ability to handle information of a highly confidential nature
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Bi-lingual a plus
Compensation based on skill set and Experience. Starting $25-$30 BOE
Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
