Skills:
2 years current construction experience as an Admin/HR Assistant is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
Excellent communication
Managing priorities
Self-learner
Problem solver
Experience with Certified Payroll Reports is a plus!
Responsibilities include such items as:
Data Entry
Answer and direct phone calls
Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes, forms
Managing recruiting, onboarding and terminations
Benefits administration
Filing of documents
Light Bookkeeping/ Expense Tracking
Various other HR tasks and office duties
Microsoft Office experience required, especially Excel
Renew business permits, licenses, bonds, and certificates
