-Experience required for Personal Assistant to high-level executive in a variety of tasks

This opportunity is supporting a busy executive function. Heavy organizational and filing skills required.

Advanced power point, Quickbooks, Excel and presentation skills required. Background screen required.

REQUIRES PERSON WITH HIGHLY DEVELOPED ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Government RFP & Contracting Experience with Program management experience big plus

Verifiable contacts & relationships in City, County & State Government desired
