Job Overview: We are a downtown Vancouver business looking for a part-time, Monday thru Thursday, 9:00am to 1:00pm, Administrative Assistant that will provide professional office support to employees, supervisors and outside agencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Data entry and spreadsheet preparation
Scanning/Filing/Printing/Mailing
Ordering supplies
Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding
Assist other personnel as needed
Job Requirements:
Attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
