Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our company and provide essential administrative support. This dual-role position will require an individual who can efficiently manage reception duties while supporting a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is neat, organized, and welcoming.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist with calendar management and coordination of internal and external meetings.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Manage office supplies inventory, ordering when necessary.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff members.
Assist with administrative projects as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Compensation:
Salary range is 52-56k depending on experience
