Manage daily team operations, including clinical supervision, and collaboration with the Program Manager to evaluate program effectiveness and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and assist in the development of program policies and procedures.

Provide crisis management leadership and support a safe environment for both clients and staff.
